FORMULA 1

It is well known that Lewis Hamilton (Mercedes Nº44) is nowadays the best F1 pilot, an probably one of the toughest through all the history of this motor sport. Many had succeeded like him, beat records and even run more fast laps, I'm talking about Schumacher to be more accurate, who is the only pilot that hasn't been over passed by Lewis, but in words of Bernd Maylander, Hamilton is the hardest pilot to have at the back.

First of all, Who is Bernd? Well bernd is the F1 safety car driver since the beginning of the century. He has never missed a race and never committed an accident, but he said to the media last week that because of his aggressive style and innovating driving technique Mercedes Number 44 is the hardest to be controlled.

For the ones that aren't informed enough about the safety car, is a car that goes into the track in determinate moments to check the road: If it's raining, what are the conditions and if it is risky to put the pilots on the cars, if there has been a crash, to alert the drivers of being careful, if the cars are disaggregated through the track to reunite them all in the same group...

(The actual safety car is a Mercedes-AMG GT R)

All these functions, have to be made by getting just in front of the head driver, who lately has been lewis. Maylander has to keep 1000% eyes on the mirrors because he could cause an accident, this shouldn't be a problem as far as the first driver is in a straight line. But hamilton by following a certain techniques wants to keep the wheels hot and with a car a few meters over him (Which actually is slower than F1 cars) is quite difficult , so by turning from side to side accelerating and slowing he drives Bernd crazy, because inside the safety car there are some blind points, an Maylander most of the times doesn't know from which side hamilton will appear.

Today we have presenced a terrible desgrace in the F1 world, a great lost in the track, one of the best poilots nowadays has had a terrible accident, the austriac pilo, Niki Lauda´s car drifted in the wet floor and exploted against the security wall.

In the upper photo, Niki is being devoured by the flames of his ferrari.

Today Nürburgring has been witness of one of the most tragic  events in our history, thank to our sources in Germany we now that Lauda is in critic state with burns of third all over the face, head and in the hands. Other parts such as the legs or thorax are just with first grade burns, thanks to the protections that he wore. Also has breaded toxic gases from the engine, so his lungs won´t probably be the same ever.
We hope that he gets recoverd as soon as posible
